VEVOR Towel Warmer Buying Guide (2026): Bucket vs Cabinet vs Heated Wall Rack, 18 Models from 56,90 € Compared

Affiliate disclosure: this post contains affiliate links to VEVOR’s European store (via Awin). If you buy through them, SiftGuide may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every price and spec below comes from VEVOR’s own product pages, spec lists, Q&A answers, review summaries and store policies, checked on November 1, 2026. We have not tested these towel warmers; specs and claims are as listed by the seller. Figures marked “our arithmetic” are our own calculations from those listed numbers.

EU store, euro prices. All links go to eur.vevor.com, VEVOR’s European store. Prices are in euros, VAT included, exactly as the store showed them on November 1, 2026 (captured 00:26–00:30 Romanian time), with Romania as the delivery country (the store’s default for us that day). All 18 pages showed free shipping and “In Stock”. Two buckets were on a timed deal (“Deal ends Nov. 18”) and two were labelled “Clearance”. Prices and stock change; the store’s basket has the final word.

A warm towel after a winter shower is a small luxury, and VEVOR sells three quite different ways to get one: a plug-in bucket you drop towels into, a hot towel cabinet made for salons, and a heated rack that hangs on the bathroom wall and also dries towels. VEVOR’s EU store had 18 of them in stock on November 1, 2026, from 56,90 € to 167,99 €. We sorted them by type, checked which listings are really the same model at two prices, and flagged where the titles and the spec lists disagree.

Safety first. These are electrical heaters used in a damp room. VEVOR’s wall racks need holes drilled in the wall, and in a bathroom a fixed electrical appliance should be installed by a qualified electrician under your local wiring rules. Keep a plug-in bucket on a dry floor, away from the bath or shower. VEVOR answered “not recommended” when asked if damp towels can go into its 25 L bucket.

Ratings on VEVOR’s pages are shared, not per model: all eight buckets show the same 4.4 stars from 120 reviews, the 6-, 8- and 10-bar racks 4.3 from 41, the white 23 L cabinet 4.4 from 34, and the 8 L and black 23 L cabinets 4.8 from 26. The four aluminium racks marked “New” had no reviews and no questions yet.

Bucket, cabinet or wall rack?

  • Bucket: a lidded tub that warms towels, robes or pyjamas for a set time. VEVOR says it “simply plugs into a nearby socket”, with no drilling, and you can move it. It warms; it is not a dryer (only the 35 L E1672 lists drying modes).
  • Cabinet: a small box with racks, sold “for Spa, Barber, Manicures, Massage, Salon”. The pictures show rolled small towels; the 8 L one is 300×300×255 mm, so think face towels, not bath sheets.
  • Wall rack: heated bars on the wall that warm and dry hanging towels for hours on a timer. It stays on the wall, needs drilling (“Este produto requer furos para a instalação”, VEVOR answered: it requires holes) and should be wired in safely by an electrician.

Towel warmer buckets (56,90–127,90 €)

How many towels really fit? The titles promise a lot: “Fits up to 4 Oversized Bath Towels” for the 20 L HSTW-12, “up to 5” for the 25 L E1676 and “up to 6” for the 35 L E1672. Yet the descriptions of the same listings say the bucket fits two large 70×40 in (177.8×101.6 cm) bath towels. Plan on two big bath sheets, or more smaller towels.

  • HSTW-12, white with dark lid (56,90 €, was 88,90 €, −36%): the cheapest towel warmer here. 20 L, three timer settings, a 24-hour delay start, child lock, auto shut-off, bottom drain hole; 4.2 kg, 320×320×470 mm. “Deal ends Nov. 18”.
  • HSTW-18 (75,99 €): 20 L with a wood handle, LED display and four timer settings (15/30/45/60 min). VEVOR says the chamber heats in “just 6 minutes” and one heat-up keeps towels warm “for up to 90 minutes”.
  • E1689C (93,90 €, clearance): 20 L, three heat levels, 30/60/90 min timer, delay start, child lock, 3.2 kg.
  • E1819Z (96,90 €): 20 L with three listed temperatures (60, 70 and 80 °C) and a slot for aroma oils.
  • E1676 25 L (94,90 €): the bigger family size, four timer settings, 4 kg, 368×368×468 mm.
  • E1672 35 L (127,90 €): the largest, 663 mm tall and 5.8 kg, with a heating mode and drying modes of 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours.

Fahrenheit only? Asked if the HSTW-12 can switch between °C and °F, VEVOR answered “No, it does not have such an option”, and a Dutch buyer (Oct 15, 2026) wrote that the temperature shows in Fahrenheit. That buyer also called the controls tricky for an older user. If you want Celsius on the display, the four new aluminium wall racks list “Temperature Unit: Celsius”.

Same model, two prices

  • HSTW-12: the white-with-dark-lid listing (56,90 €) and the all-white listing (69,90 €) have the same title, model number, 20 L size, 4.2 kg weight and 320×320×470 mm size. The visible difference is the colour. The all-white one costs 13,00 € more, and both deals end on Nov 18 (our arithmetic: 32,00 € and 17,00 € off the crossed-out prices).
  • E1676 25 L: one listing is 94,90 €; the “programmable” clearance listing is 102,90 € (8,00 € more). That one spells out a 20/40/60/90 min timer and two temperature levels; the cheaper one just says “4 Settings”.
  • RTD-23A cabinet: see below. Same model number and size, but the spec lists disagree on power and temperature.

Hot towel cabinets

  • RTD-8L (71,90 €): 8 L, one stainless rack, towel clips, 152 W rated, up to 85 °C, “10-15 Minutes” to heat, 3 kg. The title says it “Holds up 12 Towels”, which only works with small rolled towels.
  • RTD-23A, white (85,90 €): 23 L, two racks, a see-through window and a 6 W UV lamp; 200 W rated, 65.55–82.22 °C.
  • RTD-23A, black (104,90 €): the same model number and the same 452×285×350 mm size, but its spec list says 239 W and 85 °C and does not list a UV lamp.

Contradiction to know about: the two RTD-23A listings give different rated power (200 W vs 239 W) and different capacity claims in the title (“Holds up 50-60 Towels” for the white, “Holds up 36 Towels” for the black) for a box of the same size. If the UV lamp matters to you, the white one is the listing that names it, and it is 19,00 € cheaper.

Heated wall racks

The bar racks (6, 8 or 10 bars). The 6-bar (110,90 €), 8-bar (116,90 €) and 10-bar (134,90 €) black racks share one spec sheet: IPX5, five temperature levels from 50 to 70 °C, a 1–8 h timer, “5-10 Mins to 55°C”, a 15 kg load limit and a 1.8 m power cord. They are 500 mm wide and 610, 800 or 1000 mm tall. VEVOR says the rack includes a grounding wire. The 8-bar is only 6,00 € more than the 6-bar; the 10-bar adds 18,00 € more (our arithmetic). The silver 6-bar and both 4-bar versions were out of stock.

The new aluminium racks. Four racks marked “New” list AC 220–240 V, IPX4 or above, aluminium alloy, Celsius display and touch control, but no wattage and no reviews yet:

  • TW-651, 18 round bars (88,99 €): the cheapest wall rack here; always on or a 1–8 h timer; VEVOR says it reaches 50 °C in 5 minutes.
  • TW-501, 12 square bars, black (94,99 €): always on or 1–8 h.
  • TW-563, 12 bars, white (167,99 €): sold as the white option on the same page as the black TW-501, but a different model with a 0–55 °C setting and a 1–24 h cycle. That is 73,00 € more than the black one (our arithmetic), so check the model number before you pick a colour.
  • TW-501B, 11 bars + fan heater (160,99 €): the only one with a PTC fan heater, a remote and Tuya app control, a 5–40 °C range and a 0–24 h timer.

Power and running cost

Energy use is simple to estimate: watts ÷ 1,000 = kWh per hour of use. Multiply by your own electricity price. The catch is that VEVOR lists a rated power for only some of these.

  • Cabinets (on the spec list): RTD-8L 152 W, RTD-23A 200 W (white) or 239 W (black), so about 0.2–0.24 kWh per hour (our arithmetic).
  • Bar racks (only in VEVOR’s Q&A answers): 4-bar 106 W, 8-bar 195 W and 10-bar 260 W (Oct 2024). A later answer (May 2026) gives 206 W for the 8-bar. A buyer also noted that the user guide names the 8-bar model CSS11-M-H-800*500 as a 120 V version; VEVOR replied it is “the standard 220-volt model”. Two hours a day on the 8-bar is roughly 0.39–0.41 kWh, and on the 10-bar about 0.52 kWh (our arithmetic).
  • Buckets: no wattage on any spec list. For the 35 L E1672 only, VEVOR answered a buyer “Sua potência é de 1000w” (its power is 1000 W). Treat that as unconfirmed until you see the rating plate. The four new aluminium racks list no wattage at all.

Who each one is for

  • VEVOR HSTW-12 bucket (white, dark lid) (56,90 €): for warm towels and robes on a budget, with no drilling. Skip it if you want Celsius on the display, or you need towels dried, not warmed.
  • VEVOR E1676 25 L bucket (94,90 €): for families and bigger robes. Skip it if you need the 20/40/60/90 min timer spelled out; that is the clearance listing at 102,90 €.
  • VEVOR 8-bar heated rack (116,90 €): for drying and warming towels on the wall every day, with an IPX5 rating and real reviews. Skip it if you rent and cannot drill, or have no electrician to wire it.
  • VEVOR TW-501B rack (160,99 €): for app and remote control, plus a fan heater. Skip it if you want a model with reviews; this one had none on November 1, 2026.
  • VEVOR RTD-23A cabinet (white) (85,90 €): for salons, barbers and massage rooms using small rolled towels. Skip it if you want to warm full-size bath towels.

Shipping, returns and warranty

  • Shipping: VEVOR’s EU shipping policy says “All products are currently free shipping, except in some remote areas”. All 18 showed free shipping to Romania on November 1, 2026. Check your country in the basket.
  • Returns and warranty: “All our products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons!”
  • Deals: the two HSTW-12 prices are deal prices that end on Nov 18; after that they may go back up.
  • Not included here: on November 1, 2026 the silver 6-bar rack and the black and silver 4-bar racks were out of stock.

FAQ

Which VEVOR towel warmer is cheapest?
The HSTW-12 20 L bucket (white with dark lid) at 56,90 €, a deal price that ends on Nov 18. The cheapest wall rack is the TW-651 at 88,99 €. Prices as shown on the EU store on November 1, 2026, VAT included.

Does a towel warmer bucket dry towels?
Mostly no: the buckets warm dry towels for a set time, and VEVOR does not recommend putting damp towels into its 25 L bucket. Only the 35 L E1672 lists 2–5 h drying modes. A heated wall rack is the better choice for drying.

How many bath towels fit in a 20 L bucket?
The titles say up to 3 or 4, but VEVOR’s own descriptions say two large 177.8×101.6 cm bath towels. Smaller towels fit in greater numbers.

Do the wall racks need drilling?
Yes. VEVOR says the rack “requires holes” for installation. Have it installed by an electrician, as for any fixed appliance in a bathroom.

How much power does a heated towel rack use?
VEVOR’s answers give 106 W for the 4-bar, 195 W or 206 W for the 8-bar (two different answers) and 260 W for the 10-bar, roughly 0.1–0.26 kWh per hour of use (our arithmetic).
