Affiliate disclosure: this post contains affiliate links to the NothingProjector store (via Awin). If you buy through them, SiftGuide may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every price, spec and delivery note below comes from NothingProjector’s own product pages and store policies, checked on October 19, 2026. Prices are in euros, as the store charges them. We have not tested this equipment; specs are as listed by the seller. Every total marked “our math” is our own addition of those prices.
An ultra short throw (UST) projector is only one part of the bill. To get a big, bright picture in a normal living room you also need an ALR (ambient light rejecting) screen, and something to put the projector on: your current furniture, a motorized tray, or a laser TV cabinet that hides the projector and sometimes the screen too. We added up real combinations from one store, NothingProjector, so you can see what a whole setup costs before you start: from €768 for a fixed screen and a motorized tray (with your own projector) to €7,920 for a pre-assembled cabinet, a floor-rising screen and a projector in one bundle, at 100 inches. Our detailed guides cover the parts: ALR screens for UST projectors and laser TV cabinets for UST projectors.

Who can buy from this store? NothingProjector prices are in euros, and its store data lists 46 shipping destinations, all in Europe. The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia are not on that list (checked October 19, 2026). Its shipping policy says: “Items purchased on the NothingProjector website include free shipping and taxes. No additional charges are applied.” So the totals below are what you pay at checkout, before any discount code.
First, the projector: what you can actually order today
We checked the store’s full catalogue first. It lists three ultra short throw projector models as available, but on October 19, 2026 only one of them had a working product page:
- Formovie Wemax D30: €2,999, sold with a free 120-inch screen (the only option on its page). This is the only UST projector you can buy on its own today.
- Formovie Theater Premium: its own product pages (including a German listing and a separate bundle listing) returned “page not found” when we checked, but it can still be added as an option on two cabinet bundles (setups 5 and 7 below). The store’s catalogue data lists it at €2,499 for the projector alone, which matches the difference between the flat-pack cabinet bundle with and without it (our math). Because its page is offline, we could not check its specs or delivery time on the store.
- Formovie Cinema 4K (“Wemax Nova”): listed as available in the catalogue, but its product page also returned “page not found”, so we left it out.
Four other UST projectors in the catalogue (including the Formovie C2 and the Bomaker Polaris) are sold out, and the other projectors in stock are not listed as ultra short throw models. If you do not need a UST projector at all, our smart projector comparison covers cheaper standard models. If you already own a UST projector, skip to the setups that say “your own projector”.
The Formovie Wemax D30 in brief

Specs listed on the product page:
- Brightness: 3000 ANSI lumens
- Light source: ALPD 3.0 laser
- Resolution / HDR: 4K / HDR 10
- Contrast: 4000:1
- Throw ratio: 0.252:1
- Keystone: Eight-point correction
- Ports: 3× HDMI 2.0 (1× ARC), SPDIF, 3× USB, AUX
- System: Feng OS on Android 9
- System language: “CHN ,ENG(modify system for more language support)”
- 3D: No
- Sound: 20 W, DTS and Dolby Audio
The page marks it “In Stock and Ready to Ship” from EU warehouses, shows a “1 Year Hassle Free Warranty” badge, and says discount codes cannot be applied. The listing has been on the store since 2020 and runs Android 9 with a Chinese/English system, so if built-in apps or your language matter to you, ask the store before ordering. The free screen is listed only as “NP Classic Screen 120"”; the text does not describe it further, so ask which screen surface you get. At €2,999 including that screen, it costs €500 more than the Theater Premium adds to a cabinet bundle (our math), but the D30 price already includes a screen.

The setups, part by part
1. Fixed ALR screen + motorized tray (your own projector): €768

Who it is for: you already own a UST projector and a TV unit you like, and want the cheapest proper screen plus a projector that slides back when it is off.
- PET Crystal Classic 85% ALR fixed-frame screen, 100 inches: €399 (“85% Light Rejection”, 0.6 gain, 160° viewing angle; 84 and 92 inches cost the same, 120 inches €799)
- Intelligent Sliding Tray: €369 (530 × 375 × 52 mm, slides 210 mm, carries up to 20 kg, “Switching in sync with TV”)
- Total: €768 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Our math: that is €2,170 less than the cheapest setup that hides a floor-rising screen (setup 3).
Check before you order:
- The tray listing gives no projector compatibility list, so check your projector’s weight and your shelf depth.
- Both are marked in stock.
2. Fixed screen on the wall + flip cabinet (your own projector): €2,348

Who it is for: you want a screen fixed to the wall and the projector hidden inside a shallow cabinet.
- Black Series 95% ALR/CLR fixed-frame screen, 100 inches: €649 (“Up to 95% Ambient Light Rejection”, 170° viewing angle; 120 inches €1,199)
- Shore Smart flip cabinet for wall-mounted screens: €1,699 (one size, black or white, “Engineered for Fixed Wall Screens”, ships pre-assembled)
- Total: €2,348 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Our math: the Black Series screen costs €250 more than the PET Crystal at 100 inches; our screen guide explains the difference.
Check before you order:
- The cabinet is a pre-order; the store’s policy says pre-sale items generally take 45-60 days.
- Its compatibility list names Hisense, AWOL, Epson, Samsung, LG, Optoma and BenQ projectors; the listing text gives no dimensions, so ask for them.
3. Hidden floor-rising screen + flat-pack cabinet (your own projector): €2,938

Who it is for: you want the screen and the projector to disappear when you are done, for the lowest price, and you can assemble furniture.
- Shore flat-pack cabinet with Black floor-rising screen, 100 inches: €2,938 as one option on the cabinet page (120 inches: €3,877)
- Total: €2,938 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Our math: bought separately, the cabinet (€1,699) and the Black Series floor-rising screen (€1,299) come to €2,998, so this bundle option saves €60 at both sizes.
Check before you order:
- “This cabinet is Flat Pack – self-assembly”, and it “Supports Bluetooth remote-controlled UST projectors only (currently)”.
- The product page warns that the 100-inch cabinet is not compatible with the Hisense L9Q/PX4-PRO or AWOL Aetherion Max/Pro/Plus.
- Marked in stock in EU warehouses, about 5 to 10 days of delivery.
4. Projector with a free 120-inch screen (Formovie Wemax D30): €2,999
Who it is for: you want the lowest price for a projector and a screen together, and you are fine with a fixed screen and your own furniture.
- Formovie Wemax D30 with the free “NP Classic Screen 120"”: €2,999
- Optional: the motorized tray for €369, total €3,368 (our math)
- Total: €2,999 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Check before you order:
- None of the cabinet or tray listings we checked names the D30 as compatible (the cabinets’ lists name the WEMAX A300, a different model), so ask the store before adding a cabinet or the tray.
- The screen comes only in 120 inches with this projector, so a cabinet would have to be a 120-inch one.
5. Complete set with the Formovie Theater Premium, flat-pack cabinet: €5,437
Who it is for: you want everything, projector included, from one order at the lowest bundle price.
- Shore flat-pack cabinet + floor-rising screen + Formovie Theater Premium, 100 inches: €5,437 (120 inches: €6,376)
- Total: €5,437 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Our math: the projector adds €2,499 at both sizes, and the whole set costs €939 more at 120 inches.
Check before you order:
- The bundle option is named “Cabinet 100“ + Floor Rising Screen 100"+ Formovie Theater Premium Bundle” and does not say which floor-rising screen is included; it costs exactly €2,499 more than the option with the Black floor-rising screen, so ask the store to confirm.
- The Theater Premium’s own product page was offline when we checked, so we could not verify its specs or delivery time.
- The same flat-pack limits apply: self-assembly, Bluetooth-remote projectors only (currently), and the 100-inch compatibility warning.
6. Glass-door or walnut flip cabinet + floor-rising screen (your own projector): €5,898

Who it is for: you want furniture-grade cabinets and already own the projector.
- NothingProjector Glass Doors cabinet, 100 inches: €4,599 (built to “conceal both your UST projector and your motorized floor-rising screen”, with “Dedicated active cooling fans”; 120 inches €4,999)
- Black Series motorized floor-rising screen, 100 inches: €1,299 (120 inches €1,749; its page adds a free €9.99 cleaning kit with the order)
- Total: €5,898 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Check before you order:
- Alternative cabinet: the NothingProjector Flip in Walnut (€4,999 at 100 inches) flips the projector platform “while elevating the floor-rising screen simultaneously”; with the same screen the total is €6,298 (our math), but its page quotes about 12 weeks of delivery.
- The Glass Doors cabinet is marked in stock with about 5 to 10 days of delivery. The cabinet listings do not name a specific screen model, so confirm the fit with the store.
- The product page warns that the 100-inch cabinet is not compatible with the Hisense L9Q/PX4-PRO or AWOL Aetherion Max/Pro/Plus.

7. Complete set, pre-assembled: Wood Grain cabinet + Black Series floor-rising screen + Theater Premium: €7,920

Who it is for: you want everything in one order, arriving assembled, and want the projector calibrated.
- Shore Wood Grain + Black Series floor-rising screen + Theater Premium (Get Free €650 PVA), 100 inches: €7,920 (120 inches: €8,985)
- Total: €7,920 (our math, store prices on October 19, 2026)
Our math: the projector adds €2,776 on this bundle, €277 more than on the flat-pack bundle, and this option’s name includes the PVA calibration service that the store sells separately for €650. The whole set costs €2,483 more than setup 5 at 100 inches. Note that the cabinet + screen part of this bundle (€5,144) costs €78 more than the Wood Grain cabinet (€3,767) and the floor-rising screen bought separately (our math).
Check before you order:
- The bundle page says it is in stock in EU/US warehouses, but its shipping note adds that if the cabinet is out of stock locally it ships from China, with about 45-60 days of delivery.
- The product page warns that the 100-inch cabinet is not compatible with the Hisense L9Q/PX4-PRO or AWOL Aetherion Max/Pro/Plus.
- The bundle page offers an extra 5% for bank deposit payments; that depends on contacting support, so we left it out of the math.
Upgrades and extras that change the total
- A faster-rising screen: the VIVIDSTORM S PRO P floor-rising screen (“0.6 Gain,170° angle of view”, pops up in “About 20-30 Seconds”, “No Drilling Required”) costs €2,389 at 100 inches and €2,923 at 120 inches, €1,090 / €1,174 more than the Black Series floor-rising screen (our math). Its page quotes about 20 days of delivery.
- Going to 120 inches: the Black Series floor-rising screen goes from €1,299 to €1,749, the PET Crystal from €399 to €799, and the complete flat-pack set from €5,437 to €6,376. Our cabinet guide lists the 120-inch price of every cabinet.
- Professional calibration: the PVA Calibration Service costs €650, is “available only in the EU & AU (not in Switzerland)”, is a “one-time service”, can have “up to a 3-4 week delay at times”, and the store does not accept cancellation or refund once it is ordered.
- Cleaning: the 3-in-1 cleaning kit (microfiber suede cloth, dust and hair roller, fan brush) costs €9.99, and the Black Series floor-rising screen page says it comes free with that order.
Delivery: the slowest part sets the date
If you order the parts separately, your cinema is ready when the last box arrives. From the product pages on October 19, 2026:
- Formovie Wemax D30: In stock, EU warehouses
- PET Crystal / Black Series fixed screens: In stock (US/AU/EU warehouses)
- Black Series floor-rising screen: In stock, EU warehouses
- VIVIDSTORM floor-rising screen: About 20 days
- Shore flat-pack cabinet: In stock, about 5 to 10 days
- Shore Smart flip (wall screens): Pre-order
- Shore Wood Grain + bundle: In stock (EU/US); 45-60 days if shipped from China
- NothingProjector Glass Doors: In stock, about 5 to 10 days
- NothingProjector Flip in Walnut: About 12 weeks
- Motorized tray: In stock
- PVA calibration: Up to 3-4 weeks delay at times
Shipping, returns and warranty
- Shipping: free standard shipping on all products, with taxes included. Stocked items usually leave the warehouse within 1-2 working days (3-5 in peak seasons).
- Returns: a “30-Day Worry-Free Return” from delivery, but change-of-mind returns carry a 20% fee “to cover shipping and restocking costs”. If the return is due to a quality issue within 30 days, the store covers the shipping. On a setup costing several thousand euros, that 20% is a lot, so measure your room and check compatibility first.
- Damage on arrival: contact the store within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Warranty: the projector and screen pages show a “1 Year Hassle Free Warranty” badge; the cabinet pages show “2 Year Hassle Free Warranty”, while the store’s refund policy describes a 1-year warranty covering quality issues only. Ask which applies to your order and keep the answer.
Which setup should you choose?
- You already own a UST projector and want to spend the least: setup 1, €768 (PET Crystal screen + tray).
- You want the screen and projector hidden, on a budget: setup 3, €2,938 (flat-pack cabinet + floor-rising screen).
- You need a projector and a screen, nothing else: setup 4, €2,999 (Formovie Wemax D30 with free 120-inch screen), after checking the language and app situation.
- You want everything in one order: setup 5, €5,437 (flat-pack + screen + Theater Premium), or setup 7 at €7,920 if it must arrive assembled and calibrated.
Where the store’s own information does not match (we used the live product pages and flag these instead of guessing):
- The store’s catalogue lists the Formovie Theater Premium (three listings) and the Formovie Cinema 4K as available, but their product pages returned “page not found”; the Theater Premium can only be ordered as a cabinet-bundle option.
- The FAQ block on several product pages (including the D30) says “we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply”, while the shipping policy says shipping is free and the store data lists only European destinations.
- Several pages carry a note that the “Formovie Theater is not available for sale to Germany, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy” (the D30 page’s version leaves out the United Kingdom). The note does not say whether it covers the Theater Premium in the bundles, so if you live in Germany or Italy, ask before ordering setup 5 or 7.
- The Wood Grain cabinet and its bundle say “In Stock”, but their shipping notes also allow 45-60 days if the cabinet ships from China.
- Cabinet pages show a 2-year warranty badge; the refund policy describes a 1-year warranty.
- The affiliate product feed we also checked shows these products in US dollars, sometimes with different amounts (2,999 USD for the D30, 1,999 USD for the flat-pack cabinet and from 3,999 USD for the Theater Premium, against €2,999, €1,699 and €2,499 on the store). We used the store’s euro prices.
FAQ
How much does a complete UST home cinema cost?
At this store on October 19, 2026, a projector plus a screen starts at €2,999 (Formovie Wemax D30 with a free 120-inch screen). A complete set with a motorized cabinet and a floor-rising screen starts at €5,437 at 100 inches (flat-pack cabinet bundle with the Formovie Theater Premium) and reaches €7,920 pre-assembled with calibration (our math).
I already have a UST projector. What is the cheapest way to finish the setup?
A fixed ALR screen and a motorized tray: €399 + €369 = €768 at 100 inches (our math). To hide a floor-rising screen as well, the flat-pack cabinet bundle costs €2,938.
Is buying a bundle cheaper than buying the parts separately?
Not always. The flat-pack cabinet with the Black floor-rising screen saves €60, but the Wood Grain cabinet bundle costs €78 more at 100 inches than its two parts bought separately (our math).
Do the prices include VAT and delivery?
The store’s shipping policy says purchases “include free shipping and taxes. No additional charges are applied.” Prices are in euros, and the store ships only to European countries.
Can I buy the Formovie Theater Premium on its own?
Not on October 19, 2026: its product pages returned “page not found”. It was only offered as an option on two cabinet bundles, where it adds €2,499 or €2,776 (our math).
