VEVOR Heated Clothing Guide (2026): Heated Jackets, a Heated Hoodie and Heated Socks Compared, 8 Models from 62,90 €

Heated clothing is the cheapest way to stay warm outdoors without heating the whole garage, stand or worksite: a carbon-fibre heating pad sewn into a jacket, hoodie or sock, fed by a USB power bank in a pocket. On November 1, 2026 VEVOR’s EU store had eight heated garments in stock: four soft-shell heated jackets (men’s and women’s, waterproof or windproof), one heated pullover hoodie and three pairs of heated socks, from 62,90 € to 91,90 € in the cheapest in-stock size. We compared them, priced every in-stock size, and flagged the two sizes of one jacket that cost 44,00 € more than the others, the app socks that are cheaper than the button-only pair, and why the battery-life claims are not comparable.

The 8 VEVOR heated garments at a glance

Ratings on VEVOR’s pages are shared across a group of listings, not per model: the two waterproof jackets show 3.9 stars from 14 reviews, the two windproof jackets 3.6 from 8 (one of those reviews is about socks), the hoodie 4.5 from 19 and all the socks 4.4 from 153. All four jackets list 7.4 V, 13 W, an 8000 mAh battery with a USB port to charge your phone, three heat levels (40–60 °C) and one-button control.

Heated jackets: waterproof or windproof?

VEVOR sells two jacket families, each in a men’s and a women’s cut. The waterproof pair (RHB-001 women, RHB-002 men) heats the arms, abdomen and back and has a polyester lining. The windproof pair (RHB-004 women, RHB-003 men) is lighter, with a padded cotton lining and heat at the chest, collar and back; only the men’s version heats the pockets, which is why it has six zones to the women’s four. The windproof titles do not say waterproof, although the spec list calls the outer fabric “Waterproof Outer Fabric”; if you will stand in rain, buy the pair that claims it in the title.

• RHB-004 women’s windproof, 4 zones (62,90 € in L): the cheapest item here. 0.77 kg, 4–10 h, hood, elastic cuffs. Size M was 87,90 € at the same time, 25,00 € more (our arithmetic).
• RHB-001 women’s waterproof, 5 zones (68,90 € in L): water-resistant shell with adjustable hood, cuffs and hem, heated sleeves, 6–10 h, 0.94 kg, and VEVOR says it is machine washable once you “move the battery, secure the cable”. Only 6,00 € more than the windproof one (our arithmetic) for heated arms and a waterproof claim: our pick for women.
• RHB-003 men’s windproof, 6 zones (68,90 € in L, M or XL): the one with heated pockets for your hands, 0.86 kg, 4–10 h. One flat price across the three in-stock sizes, which makes it the safe men’s buy if you are between sizes.
• RHB-002 men’s waterproof, 5 zones (75,90 € in XL): the men’s version of the RHB-001, same 8000 mAh, 6–10 h and 0.94 kg. One reviewer wrote that it “heats up nice even in the side pockets”; VEVOR’s own zone list says arms, abdomen and back. Check the size price before you buy (next section).

Price by size: the 44 € trap

On VEVOR these jackets are one listing with a size picker, but each size is a separate stock item with its own price, and only some sizes were in the Nov 18 deal. Here is every in-stock size we found:

The trap: the men’s waterproof RHB-002 cost 119,90 € in M and in L, the two most common sizes, but 75,90 € in S, XL and XXXL. Same jacket, 44,00 € more (our arithmetic), because M and L were not in the deal. If you are a borderline L/XL, check VEVOR’s size chart on the page; otherwise the RHB-003 windproof at 68,90 € in L is the cheaper men’s jacket that day. The women’s waterproof sizes were close together (68,90 €–79,90 €). The hoodie was out of stock in M, L, XL and XXL.

Heated hoodie

• 2528 unisex heated pullover hoodie (74,90 € in S or XXXL): a cotton/polyester sweatshirt with a polar-fleece lining and 5 heating zones at the abdomen, back and waist, 40/50/60 °C. It comes with a bigger 16000 mAh power bank (7.4 V/15 W) that VEVOR says can also charge your devices, and it is machine-washable in a laundry bag once the power bank is removed. Weight 1.42 kg. Wear it as a mid layer under a shell; VEVOR does not claim it is wind- or waterproof.

Not listed: the full-zip version of this hoodie (VEVOR model 2527) showed “Almost sold out” with only S and XXL left, the women’s heated fleece jacket (2530) had a single XXXL left, and the 8000 mAh heated hoodies and the heated vest were out of stock.

Heated socks

All three use a battery pack clipped to each sock, four heat levels from 40 to 70 °C, heating wires around the toes and forefoot, modal yarn with a faux-mink fleece, and a laundry bag for washing. The sized pairs list a US size range.

• KEC-5000 with app control (74,90 € in M; 81,90 €–84,90 € in S, L or XL): two 5000 mAh batteries (10,000 mAh in total), up to 7 h on low, and you can change the heat from your phone instead of reaching into your boots. Asked about chargers, VEVOR answered: “It can use a fast charger, but it’s still a slow charger.”
• KEC-5000 button only, one size (83,90 €): the same 2×5000 mAh and up to 7 h, without the app. Costs more for less: in size M the app version is 9,00 € cheaper (our arithmetic). Pick it only if you need the one-size stretch fit or don’t want an app.
• KEC-6000 with app control, one size (91,90 €): bigger 2×6000 mAh batteries, up to 8 h. That is one more listed hour for 17,00 € more than the M app pair (our arithmetic): worth it for all-day hunting or a stadium, not for a school run.

Battery life: why the hours don’t compare

The jackets claim 6–10 h (waterproof) or 4–10 h (windproof) from 8000 mAh, while the hoodie claims only 4–8 h from twice that, 16000 mAh. Two reasons. First, power banks are usually rated at the cell voltage, and VEVOR does not say which voltage its mAh figures use. Second, the top figure is always on the lowest setting. A rough check with VEVOR’s own numbers: 8000 mAh at 7.4 V is about 59 Wh, which at the listed 13 W lasts about 4.6 h on full power (our arithmetic). So plan on the low end of each range if you run the top setting in real cold, and buy a spare battery for a full day out.

Who each one is for

• Cheapest way in: RHB-004 women’s windproof at 62,90 € (L) or RHB-003 men’s windproof at 68,90 €.
• Rain and snow: RHB-001 women’s waterproof (68,90 €) or RHB-002 men’s waterproof in S, XL or XXXL (75,90 €).
• Cold hands: the men’s RHB-003, the only jacket here with heated pockets.
• Indoors, desk or garage: 2528 heated hoodie (74,90 €).
• Cold feet: KEC-5000 app socks (74,90 € in M); KEC-6000 (91,90 €) for the longest runtime.

Shipping, returns and warranty

All eight showed free shipping to Romania (“Excludes remote areas”), with an estimated delivery of Nov 3–7 on most listings and “as soon as Nov 8” on two. VEVOR’s policy says all products “come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons”. If you are unsure about the size, that 30-day return window is your safety net: order early before the cold.

FAQ

Are VEVOR heated jackets waterproof?
VEVOR calls the RHB-001 (women) and RHB-002 (men) “windproof, waterproof” in the title and describes the fabric as water-resistant. The RHB-003 and RHB-004 titles say windproof only.

Can you wash a VEVOR heated jacket or hoodie?
Yes, VEVOR says they are machine washable after you remove the battery or power bank and secure the cable; the hoodie should go in a laundry bag. The socks come with their own laundry bag.

How hot do VEVOR heated socks get?
VEVOR lists four levels from 40 to 70 °C. The jackets and hoodie list three levels from 40 to 60 °C.

Is the battery included?
Yes. The jackets list a 7.4 V 8000 mAh battery, the hoodie a 16000 mAh power bank, and the socks two battery packs (5000 or 6000 mAh each).
