EU store, euro prices. All links go to eur.vevor.com, VEVOR’s European store. Prices are in euros, VAT included, exactly as the store showed them on November 4, 2026 (re-checked right before publishing), with Romania as the delivery country. Every product we link showed “In Stock”, free returns and no time-limited deal. Six picks ship free; the three big collectors showed a 40,00 € shipping fee, which we list next to the price. Prices change; the store price at checkout is the one that counts.
A table saw, planer or sander makes more dust than any shop vacuum can keep up with, and the finest part of it is the part you do not see. On November 4, 2026 we went through VEVOR’s EU dust collector and cyclone separator listings and kept 9 picks, from 26,99 € to 1.005,90 €: three 1 HP single-stage collectors for a garage shop (one for the wall, one on a stand, one rolling), two bigger vortex-cone collectors (1.5 and 3 HP), a 1.5 HP cyclone collector with a 1 micron rating, and three cyclone separators that turn a shop vacuum or collector into a two-stage system. Anything out of stock, low in stock or on a countdown deal was left out.
Health and safety first. Wood dust, especially from hardwoods, is classed as carcinogenic to humans by the WHO’s cancer agency (IARC), and the fine particles are the ones that stay in the air. A collector is not a respirator: wear a well-fitting FFP2 or FFP3 mask when sanding or cutting, even with collection running. Never suck up sparks, hot metal from grinding or burning material into a bag of wood dust, as it can smoulder and catch fire. Empty bags and bins outdoors, use the 230 V outlet and fuse the manual asks for, and follow the manual for grounding the ducting.

CFM, microns and inlets: what the numbers mean
- CFM (cubic feet per minute) is airflow; 1 CFM is about 1.7 m³/h. Listed figures are best-case numbers with an open inlet. Every metre of hose, every bend and every blast gate lowers the real airflow at the tool, so a collector with more CFM than you think you need is not wasted.
- Microns describe how fine the filter is: 2.5 µm on six picks, 1 µm on the cyclone collector. Smaller is better for the fine dust that stays in the air.
- Inlets: 100 mm (4″) is the usual size for table saws and planers; the 152 mm (6″) inlet on the bigger collectors is for a main duct that splits to several machines. A shop vacuum hose is usually far smaller, which is what the 50 mm adapters on the separators are for.
- Single-stage vs cyclone: a single-stage collector blows everything through the fan into the bag. A cyclone (built in, or a separator in front) spins the heavy chips out into a bin first, so the filter clogs much more slowly.
1 HP collectors for a garage shop (159–273 €)
For one machine at a time, with a short hose, a 1 HP collector is the usual starting point. All three below ship free.
- Wall-mount dust collector, 1 HP, 560 CFM (158,90 €): a 1 HP brushless motor, a 2.5 µm filter and a 79.5 L bag with a transparent window and bottom zipper; 11.4 kg, 1040 × 350 × 400 mm with the bag on. Hangs on the wall, so it takes no floor space. The cheapest collector here.
- Rolling dust collector, 1 HP, 80 L bag (171,90 €): 460 CFM, which VEVOR also gives as 781.54 m³/h, through a 100 mm inlet into an 80 L polyester bag with a 2.5 µm rating and bottom zipper; overload protection, casters, 14.2 kg, 1.8 m cord. In the seller Q&A, VEVOR confirms it is a 220 V unit. 13,00 € more than the wall model (our arithmetic) for wheels but less listed airflow.
- Dust collector on stand, 1 HP, 800 CFM (272,90 €): the strongest 1 HP option, with a 2.5 µm filter bag, a 60 L collection bag, one 152 mm and two 102 mm inlets and four caster wheels; 26 kg, 1530 mm tall. 114,00 € more than the wall model (our arithmetic) for 240 CFM more and two machines on hoses at once.

Bigger collectors, 1.5–3 HP (636–1.006 €)
For a shop with ducting to several machines, or a planer and thicknesser that fill a small bag in minutes. All three are 230 V, 50 Hz, and all three showed a 40,00 € shipping fee to Romania.
- Vortex cone dust collector, 1.5 HP, 1100 CFM (635,90 € + 40,00 € shipping = 675,90 €, our arithmetic): 1.5 HP brushless motor, 2.5 µm filter bag (159 L) over a 132.5 L collection bag, one 152 mm and two 102 mm inlets, four wheels; 30.9 kg, 1920 mm tall.
- Twin-bag dust collector, 3 HP, 1550 CFM (803,90 € + 40,00 € = 843,90 €): 3 HP induction motor, two 2.5 µm filter bags and two 132.5 L collection bags, one 152 mm main and two 102 mm inlets; 48.1 kg, 1440 × 730 × 2000 mm. 168,00 € more than the 1.5 HP vortex model (our arithmetic) for 450 CFM more and double the bag volume. Check your circuit before buying a 3 HP motor.
- Cyclone dust collector, 1.5 HP, 1 micron (1.005,90 € + 40,00 € = 1.045,90 €): a built-in cyclone with a tapered triple-port design, a 1.5 HP brushless motor, 763 CFM and a 1 µm rating, the finest here. Chips drop into a covered 47.32 L bin, which VEVOR says helps contain dust when emptying; three caster wheels, 52.1 kg. Less listed airflow than the vortex models, but two-stage separation in one machine.

Cyclone separators for shop vacs (27–105 €)
A separator sits between the hose and your shop vacuum or collector and drops most chips and dust into a bucket before they reach the filter, so suction stays strong for longer. It is also the cheapest upgrade on this list. All three ship free.
- Cyclone separator kit, 50.8 mm (26,99 €): translucent PP cyclone with an elbow adapter, hardware and a sealing pad, rated for wet and dry pickup; 0.49 kg. No bucket included: you cut an 80 mm hole in a lid, and VEVOR recommends a standard 5-gallon (about 19 L) bucket. Sized for shop vacuum hoses.
- 4″ cyclone separator, clear ABS (68,90 €): 97 mm outer ports for 4″ (101.6 mm) hoses plus an adapter for 2″ hoses, 325 × 325 × 415 mm, 3.19 kg. Fits an 18.9–37.85 L bucket or drum, not included.
- 4″ cyclone separator with 50 L steel drum (104,90 €): the same clear cyclone and ports on a 50 L steel drum, 882 mm tall in total. VEVOR claims a 99.61% separation rate. 36,00 € more than the separator alone (our arithmetic), which buys you the drum.

Price steps and starter setups
- Wall-mount to rolling 1 HP: 13,00 € (our arithmetic), for wheels, at 100 CFM less listed airflow.
- Wall-mount to the 800 CFM stand model: 114,00 € for 240 CFM more and extra inlets.
- 1.5 HP vortex to 3 HP twin-bag: 168,00 € before shipping, the same 40,00 € fee on both.
- Shop-vac upgrade only: the 50.8 mm kit at 26,99 € plus a bucket you already own.
- Garage starter with two-stage separation: the rolling collector and the 4″ separator, 240,80 € delivered (our arithmetic; both ship free, bucket not included). With the 800 CFM stand model and the drum separator: 377,80 €.
What we left out
- The 2 HP, 1200 CFM vortex collector: it showed “Only 31 Left” and a deal ending on November 18 (548,90 € instead of 658,90 €). Odd but true: on the day we checked it cost less than the 1.5 HP, 1100 CFM model, so if you can live with a countdown price, compare both before buying.
- Three more separator kits (19 L bucket kits and a 50.8–63.5 mm kit), shown as out of stock.
- A 2 HP cyclone collector whose page no longer loaded.
- Anything on VEVOR’s US store: 110–120 V motors and different prices.
Who each one is for
- Shop vacuum on a mitre saw or sander: 50.8 mm cyclone kit (26,99 €).

FAQ
How many CFM do I need for a home workshop?
For one machine at a time on a short 100 mm hose, a 1 HP collector like the 158,90 € wall model (560 CFM) or the 272,90 € stand model (800 CFM) is the usual start. Long ducting to several machines needs a bigger 1.5–3 HP unit, because hose length and bends cut real airflow well below the listed figure.
Is a dust collector better than a shop vacuum?
They do different jobs. A shop vacuum has high suction through a small hose, good for sanders and power tools. A dust collector moves far more air through a 100 mm or larger hose, good for table saws and planers. Adding a cyclone separator helps both.
Do I still need a mask?
Yes. Collectors catch most chips and much of the dust at the tool, but fine dust still escapes. Wear an FFP2 or FFP3 mask for sanding and cutting.
Can I collect metal shavings?
VEVOR lists metal shavings among the uses, but never send sparks or hot grinding debris into a bag that contains wood dust; keep metalwork and woodwork collection separate.
Is shipping free to Romania?
Six of the 9 picks showed free shipping; the 1.5 HP vortex, 3 HP twin-bag and 1.5 HP cyclone collectors showed a 40,00 € fee on November 4, 2026. All showed free returns.
