Edraw.AI Plans and Prices (2026): Free vs Pro vs Unlimited, What “US$6.58/mo” Really Bills, and the “62% OFF” Badge

Edraw.AI is the browser version of Wondershare’s Edraw diagram tools: flowcharts, mind maps, whiteboards, Gantt charts, floor plans and more, plus AI tools that generate diagrams, mind maps and slides from a prompt. Its homepage says “No download required!” and “Get started. It’s free!”. The paid plans look cheap on the pricing page, US$6.58/mo for Pro and US$8.25/mo for Unlimited, but those are annual plans billed up front, and the page’s “62% OFF” badge doesn’t match the prices next to it. Here is what each plan really costs, what the free plan allows, what Unlimited adds over Pro, and the cancel-and-refund rules.

“US$6.58/mo” is a yearly charge, and the “62% OFF” badge doesn’t add up

The pricing page opens on the Annual tab. The big number is the yearly price divided by twelve; the small line underneath says what is actually charged: “Billed annually at $79, cancel anytime.” (Pro) and “Billed annually at $99, cancel anytime.” (Unlimited). So you pay US$79 or US$99 at once, not US$6.58 or US$8.25 a month.

Next to the Annual tab sits a “62% OFF” badge. Here is how annual compares with paying monthly for twelve months (our math):

Annual is a real saving, just not 62%. A true 62% off the Pro monthly price would be about US$4.52 a month (US$54.26 a year); the page never says what the 62% is measured against. Our guess is an old list price: the page code contains a crossed-out “US$245” that is commented out and not shown to visitors, so we don’t treat it as a price.

One consequence worth knowing: a year of Unlimited on the annual plan (US$99) costs US$43.80 less than twelve months of Pro billed monthly (US$142.80). If you already know you’ll use Edraw.AI all year, annual billing matters more than the plan choice.

The “7-Day Free Trial” button

Both paid plans have a “7-Day Free Trial” button, in the Annual and the Monthly view. The pricing page doesn’t explain what happens when the 7 days end, but its FAQ says “the subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each term, and you will be charged for the next subscription period”, and Wondershare’s refund policy, which covers Edraw.AI, adds:

• “For paid trial and subscription products, please cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next term.”
• Not eligible for a refund: “The order is a renewal order, and the subscription was not canceled before the renewal charge”; and “in general, renewal charges are not refundable if the subscription was not canceled before the billing date.”

Pro vs Unlimited: what the extra money buys

In Edraw.AI’s comparison table, Pro and Unlimited share almost everything: “Access to Functions: All” on both, unlimited pages, 400 templates, the same advanced design tools (brainstorming, Gantt chart, timeline, floor plan, network diagram, process flow, formula editor, slides, document encryption, custom watermark), no-watermark print and download, and both 24/7 and priority support ticked. The rows that differ:

So Unlimited costs US$20 more a year on annual billing, or US$4.00 more a month on monthly billing (our math), mainly for unlimited AI tokens, ten times the storage and bigger teams. Edraw.AI’s FAQ sums it up the same way: “The pro plan costs less for AI and tools features. The unlimited plan, on the other hand, is more cost-effective if you plan to use the AI features in the long term.” Edraw.AI says 10,000 tokens is “about 100 diagrams”, so if you generate a few AI diagrams a week, Pro’s monthly allowance should be enough.

Two things to know before you choose:

• Upgrades aren’t prorated. The FAQ says you can upgrade from Pro to Unlimited at any time, “however, it is NOT possible to deduct your subscription payment from the price of the unlimited plan.” If you think you’ll need Unlimited, start there.
• Team features aren’t ready. The Unlimited card lists “Advanced Team Management”, but the table marks it “Coming Soon”, the tooltips say “Team feature coming soon”, and the FAQ says “the team management feature is not ready yet”. Don’t buy Unlimited for team management today.

What the free plan allows

You can use Edraw.AI without paying. From the pricing page’s cards, comparison table and tooltips, the Free Plan gives you:

• 500 AI tokens (“About 10 diagrams. You can enjoy limited AI tokens for free with no purchase necessary”);
• a maximum of 2 pages, 100 templates and 100M of cloud storage;
• “Restricted” access to functions: no One Click Beautify, no private projects, and none of the advanced design tools (Gantt chart, timeline, floor plan, slides, formula editor and the rest are marked “-“);
• printing “With Default Watermark”, default backgrounds only;
• 1 team, 3 team members and 1 team project.

That is enough to try the editor and a few AI diagrams. The 2-page limit and the watermark are what usually push regular users to Pro.

Try Edraw.AI’s free plan

Web only, and not for phones yet

Edraw.AI runs in the browser. Its FAQ says that both paid plans “can only access premium functions on the web instead of all platforms”, and the site itself shows the notice “Edraw.AI is not ready for mobile devices.” and points phone users to the EdrawMax and EdrawMind apps. If you cancel, the FAQ says your account becomes a free one “with restricted access to specific resources and features. However, the files you’ve made are still accessible.” Payment options listed: “all major credit cards, PayPal, bank/wire transfer, and other local payment methods”. The homepage says Edraw.AI is “Powered by Amazon Web Services” and follows GDPR standards.

Prices can also depend on where you are. Besides the default US-dollar prices quoted here, the page code holds a lower set of prices for visitors from India, so what you see at checkout may differ.

Refunds: what “up to a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” means

The pricing page says “We promise up to a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refunds will be approved under the accepted circumstances.” Wondershare’s refund policy sets those circumstances:

• Most products bought directly from Wondershare have a refund window of “up to 30 days from the initial payment date”. Edraw.AI isn’t on the shorter 7-day list (that list covers MobileTrans, Dr.Fone, Recoverit, Repairit, Relumi and Media.io), so the general rule should apply;
• EU residents may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, “subject to applicable legal exceptions”;
• not eligible: change of mind or “personal preference”, “dissatisfaction with AI-generated output”, and renewals you didn’t cancel before the charge;
• requests go through Wondershare Account Center > My Orders > Order History, and the policy warns that “different rules may apply to renewals, digital services, promotional offers, bundled purchases, and region-specific consumer rights”.

Which Edraw.AI plan should you pick?

• Occasional diagrams (a flowchart or mind map now and then, 2 pages are enough): stay on the Free Plan.
• One project this month: Pro on monthly billing at US$11.90, then cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• Regular diagramming with some AI: Pro on annual billing, US$79 a year.
• Heavy AI generation, or you need more than 1G of storage: Unlimited on annual billing, US$99 a year. Only US$20 more than Pro, and upgrading later isn’t prorated.

On the English pricing page: Pro US$11.90 a month or US$79 a year; Unlimited US$15.90 a month or US$99 a year. The “US$6.58/mo” and “US$8.25/mo” figures are the annual prices divided by twelve. Your checkout may add local taxes or show another currency.

Is Edraw.AI free?
Yes, there is a Free Plan with 500 AI tokens (about 10 diagrams), a maximum of 2 pages, 100 templates, 100M storage and a watermark on prints. Advanced design tools such as Gantt charts and floor plans need a paid plan.

Is the Edraw.AI annual plan really 62% off?
Not by our math. Twelve months of Pro at US$11.90 is US$142.80; the annual plan is US$79, a 44.7% saving. For Unlimited it is US$190.80 vs US$99, 48.1%.

What is the difference between Edraw.AI Pro and Unlimited?
AI tokens (10,000 a month vs unlimited), cloud storage (1G vs 10G) and team size (5 teams / 10 members vs unlimited). Functions, templates, design tools and support are the same in the comparison table. Team management is still “Coming Soon”.

Does the Edraw.AI subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The FAQ says plans “automatically renew at the end of each term”. Wondershare asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or billing period ends; cancel in the Account Center under Plan&Product > Manage Subscription.

Can I get a refund on Edraw.AI?
Wondershare’s refund policy gives most products up to 30 days from the initial payment (14-day withdrawal for EU residents), but excludes change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output and renewals that weren’t cancelled before the charge.

Does Edraw.AI work on phones?
Not yet. The site says “Edraw.AI is not ready for mobile devices” and suggests the EdrawMax and EdrawMind apps instead. Paid features are web-only.
