Every price and spec below comes from VEVOR’s own product pages and spec lists, checked on November 7, 2026. We have not tested these products; specs and claims are as listed by the seller. Figures marked “our arithmetic” are our own calculations from those listed numbers.
EU store, euro prices. All links go to eur.vevor.com. Prices are in euros, VAT included, as the store showed them on November 7, 2026 with Romania as the delivery country. All 17 picks showed “In Stock” and free shipping. Two kits carried a deal countdown (“Deal ends Nov. 9”): the green kit at 260,90 € (was 274,90 €) and the red kit at 242,90 € (was 255,90 €). Prices change; the price at checkout is the one that counts.
A laser level replaces the spirit level and string line: it throws a level (or plumb) reference across a room or a whole site. VEVOR’s EU store sells three kinds: rotary lasers (a spinning head that draws a full 360° plane, with a hand-held detector for outdoor work), the same rotary lasers as kits with a tripod and a 5 m staff, and small green line lasers for tiling, kitchens, drywall and picture hanging. On November 7, 2026 we kept 17 in-stock picks from 46,99 € to 289,90 €. The spec sheets have some surprises: the colour of the plastic shell changes the price, two listings say “500 m” in the headline but list 100 m and 250 m in the spec table, and a tripod kit is not always cheaper than buying the tripod separately.
Quick rule: indoors (tiles, cabinets, ceilings, drywall), a green line laser is enough: the 16-line 4×360° laser with tripod is the cheapest at 56,99 €. Outdoors (fences, driveways, foundations, grading), you need a rotary laser with its detector; the green 532 nm rotary laser A at 193,90 € plus the tripod and staff at 73,99 € come to 267,89 €, and the matching kit is 260,90 € only until Nov 9. Do not pay extra for a yellow shell or a bigger headline range without checking the spec table.
Laser safety. Never look into the beam or point it at people, pets or drivers. The line lasers here are listed as Class II, <1 mW. The green model 203 rotary lasers list an output of <9 mW, much more than the <1 mW red version, so treat them with extra care. The tinted “glasses” in the rotary kits help you see the beam; the sheets do not sell them as eye protection.

What “500 m range” really means
Every rotary sheet here gives the range as a diameter, using the laser detector. 500 m across means up to 250 m from the tripod to the detector (our arithmetic), and only with the detector beeping on the beam; in daylight you will not see the beam itself at anything like that distance. The line lasers list much shorter figures: 15 m for the cross-line M, 25 m diameter for the 16-line L, 100 ft / 30 m for CM03 and CM04. Their bigger “pulse mode” numbers (50 m and 80 m) also need a receiver, and the VEVOR receiver itself lists up to 60 m, so 60 m is the practical ceiling with that receiver.
Accuracy in millimetres (our arithmetic)
- Rotary, ±20″ (arc seconds): 20/206,265 of a radian ≈ 0.097 mm per metre, so about ±1 mm at 10 m and ±4.8 mm at 50 m.
- Rotary model 203 kits, 1/8 in per 100 ft: 3.175 mm over 30.48 m ≈ 0.104 mm per metre, the same class as ±20″.
- Line lasers L and M, ±1/8 in at 33 ft: about 3 mm at 10 m (0.32 mm per metre), roughly three times looser than the rotary figures; about 8 mm at 25 m.
- CM03 / CM04, 1/9 in at 33 ft: about 2.8 mm at 10 m.
For a kitchen run or a tiled wall, 3 mm at 10 m is fine. For a 40 m driveway fall or a foundation, it is not; that is the job the rotary lasers are for.
Red vs green beam
Green diodes (515–532 nm on these sheets) look brighter to the eye than red ones (635 nm), which matters indoors and in shade. Outdoors at distance you work with the detector either way, so a red rotary laser is not a handicap there. Between the two model 203 rotary lasers, green costs 11,00 € more (197,90 € vs 186,90 €, our arithmetic) and also lists a longer range (500 vs 300 m). Check the spec line for the wavelength, not just the photo: two “green” listings show 635 nm (see below).
Price traps (our arithmetic)
- A yellow shell for 13 € more and a shorter range: the red-beam rotary laser in yellow (C, 187,90 €) costs 13,00 € more than the same listing in red (D, 174,90 €). The spec table of the yellow one says 100 m diameter and 18 h; the red one says 250 m and about 25 h.
- Kit vs tripod bought separately: green rotary laser A 193,90 € + tripod and 5 m staff 73,99 € = 267,89 €. The green kit E is 260,90 €, so it saves 6,99 € only while the Nov 9 deal lasts; at its 274,90 € list price it would cost 7,01 € more than the two parts. Same story for the red kit G: 242,90 € now vs 248,89 € for D + tripod, 7,01 € worse at 255,90 €. The tripod listed separately has the same 1.04–1.65 m height and 5 m staff as these kits.
- Model 203 kits cost more than parts: green 203 laser H 197,90 € + tripod 73,99 € = 271,89 €, but kit J is 289,90 € (18,01 € more). Red: I + tripod = 260,89 € vs kit K 269,90 € (9,01 € more). The 203 kit sheets do not give tripod heights, so we cannot say if their tripods match.
- Newer is not better on paper: the green model 203 kit J costs 29,00 € more than kit E (15,00 € more after Nov 9) and lists a narrower self-leveling range (±3° vs ±5°) with the same accuracy class. The red 203 kit K is 27,00 € more than kit G (14,00 € after Nov 9) and lists 300 m against 500 m.
- Same 16 lines, 23,91 € apart: the CM04 O (80,90 €) and the 16-line L (56,99 €) both project 4×360°; L includes a tripod and a remote. CM04 lists 30 m vs 25 m diameter and 5 h vs 4 h runtime.
- Four more lines, three hours less: CM04 costs only 1,00 € more than the 12-line CM03, but its listed runtime drops from about 8 h to about 5 h.
- Fewer lines for more money, and that can be fair: the cross-line + 2-point M is 19,00 € more than the 16-line L. You get plumb points, AA batteries (swap and keep going) and 8 h listed runtime instead of 4 h.
Listing conflicts to check before you buy
- “Green” with a red wavelength: B and F are sold as green, but their spec tables list a 635 nm diode, which is a red-laser wavelength. A and E list 532 nm. If you want green, A (193,90 €) is only 3,00 € more than B and its sheet agrees with the title.
- Headline vs spec table: C says “500M Range” in its title and 100 m in the table; D says “500m” in the headline and 250 m in the table. Ask the seller, or assume the smaller number.
- Receiver compatibility: the receiver says it only works with VEVOR line lasers that have a pulse mode (it names CM03 and CM04). The rotary lasers already come with their own detector.
- Pooled reviews: A, B, C and D share one review pool (4.6 from 579); H, I, J and K share another (3.9 from 116). Those scores are not per product.

FAQ
Do I need a rotary laser for a house renovation?
Usually not. For tiles, kitchen cabinets, shelves and ceilings, a self-leveling green line laser is enough. Rotary lasers are for outdoor and large-area work with a detector.
Is the “500 m” a radius?
No. The sheets give it as a diameter with the detector, so about 250 m from the instrument.
Can I use the line lasers outdoors?
They list IP54 (splashes and dust), but in sunlight the beam fades fast. With pulse mode and a receiver, CM03 and CM04 work further out.
Do the prices include shipping?
All 17 picks showed free shipping to Romania on November 7, 2026; where the page showed a delivery estimate, it was 12–15 November.
What does self-leveling ±5° mean?
If the tripod head is within 5° of level, the laser levels itself; outside that it warns you. The model 203 sheets list ±3°, so their tripod needs to be set up more carefully.
