EU store, euro prices. All links go to eur.vevor.com. Prices are in euros, VAT included, as the store showed them on November 7, 2026 with Romania as the delivery country. Cold mornings are when a weak car battery gives up. A portable lithium jump starter lets you start the car without a second vehicle and jumper cables. VEVOR’s EU store sells two families: plain jump starters (jump clamps, power bank, LED light) and jump starters with a built-in 150 PSI air compressor for topping up tyres. On November 7, 2026 we kept 11 in-stock picks from 57,90 € to 97,99 €. The big lesson from the spec sheets: the huge “peak amps” number on the box is not the number that tells you which one starts better, and it is not a reliable guide to price either.
Quick rule: small petrol car (up to about 2.0 L), the 1000A or 1500A picks are enough on paper. Most petrol and diesel family cars, look at the 3000A H18 or the 4000A CP-F87, the two with the highest start current listed (600A and 700A). Want a tyre pump in the same box, the compressor models start at 69,99 €. Do not pay extra just for a bigger peak-amp figure: VEVOR rates the 4000A and the 8000A compressor models for the same 9.0 L petrol / 8.0 L diesel engines.
Safety first. Follow your car’s manual and the seller’s instructions: red clamp to positive, black to negative or a chassis ground point, never let the clamps touch each other, and do not try to jump a frozen, cracked or leaking battery. Lithium packs are listed for −20 °C to 50 °C operation on the sheets that give a range; do not leave them baking on a summer dashboard, and recharge them every few months.

Sorted by price. “Not listed” means the specification list on the product page gives no start (cranking) current. Engine ratings are copied from the product titles.
Peak amps vs start current: which number matters
“Peak current” is the short burst a pack can deliver for a moment. “Start current” is the sustained figure while the starter motor turns. Only five of the 11 sheets list it, and they show why peak is misleading:
- 4000A CP-F87 (96,90 €): 700A start, 88.8 Wh, the only pick with thicker 8 AWG clamps and a 12–16 V / 10 A DC output; titled for 10 L petrol / 8 L diesel.
- 6000A H26 (91,90 €): 50% more peak, but only 500A start; bigger 99.16 Wh battery and titled for 10 L petrol / 10 L diesel; 10 AWG clamps.
- 3000A H18 (79,90 €): 600A start, 59.2 Wh, QC3.0 USB-C output; titled for 9 L petrol / 7 L diesel.
- 1500A CP-F78 (65,90 €): 500A start — the same start current as the 6000A H26 — with a 37 Wh battery; titled for 6 L petrol / 4 L diesel.
- 1000A CP-F61 (57,90 €): 400A start, 26.64 Wh; titled for 5 L petrol / 3 L diesel. The cheapest pick.

The other two plain packs, the 5000A Epower-165 (69,99 €, 16,000 mAh, titled for 9.0 L petrol / 8.0 L diesel) and the 6000A Epower-237 (97,99 €, 24,000 mAh, titled for “most gas” / 10.0 L diesel), list peak and mAh but no start current and no watt-hours.
Jump starters with a built-in air compressor
All four compressor models list a 150 PSI maximum pump pressure, peak current and battery mAh, but no start current. They are the one-box answer if you also want to top up tyres in the cold (pressure drops as temperature falls). For a dedicated pump, see our tire inflator guide.
- 1600A JS-382 (69,99 €): 8,000 mAh, titled for 6.0 L petrol / 3.0 L diesel.
- 3000A JS-638 (72,99 €): 10,000 mAh, titled for 9.0 L petrol / 6.5 L diesel.
- 4000A JS-383 (73,99 €): 12,000 mAh, titled for 9.0 L petrol / 8.0 L diesel. Only 1 € more than the 3000A compressor model for a higher diesel rating.
- 8000A T13 (90,99 €): 16,000 mAh, titled for the same 9.0 L petrol / 8.0 L diesel.

Price traps (our arithmetic)
- 8000A vs 4000A compressor: the 8000A T13 costs 17,00 € more than the 4000A JS-383, and both titles give the same 9.0 L petrol / 8.0 L diesel rating. What the extra money buys on paper is a bigger battery (16,000 vs 12,000 mAh).
- More peak, lower price, lower start current: the 6000A H26 is 5,00 € cheaper than the 4000A CP-F87 but lists 500A start against 700A.
- Two 6000A packs: the Epower-237 costs 6,09 € more than the H26 and lists less battery (24,000 vs 26,800 mAh) and no start current.
- 5000A for less than 3000A: the 5000A Epower-165 is 9,91 € cheaper than the 3000A H18; the H18 is the one that lists its start current (600A) and watt-hours (59.2 Wh).
- A pump for 4,09 €: the 1600A compressor model costs 4,09 € more than the plain 1500A, but its title is rated for a smaller diesel (3.0 vs 4 L).

FAQ
How many amps do I need?
Go by the engine rating in the title and, where listed, the start current, not the peak figure. On these sheets the 4000A CP-F87 lists more start current (700A) than the 6000A H26 (500A).
Can a jump starter charge my phone?
Yes, all of these double as power banks with USB outputs; the spec sheets list the ports and watts.
Does the compressor version start the car as well?
Yes, they are jump starters first, with a 150 PSI pump added. Their sheets do not list a start current, so compare them on the engine rating in the title.
Is shipping free to Romania?
All 11 picks showed free shipping on November 7, 2026.
Can I jump a diesel with a small pack?
Check the diesel figure in the title: the 1000A pick is titled for 3 L diesel, the 4000A CP-F87 for 8 L, the 6000A H26 for 10 L.
